I'm not supposed to be retrieving him. He's not supposed to go to the Heavens. Something is being planned for him if Izanagi himself asked me to get him. So...... prepare yourself.

He takes a step as if he's going to follow them into the portal, but it closes before he can go any further, and he stares at the space where it was for a few more moments before he realizes that someone's probably going to see him like this -
He needed to get away again. Somewhere he couldn't hurt anyone while he worked through the anger still simmering underneath his skin.
So in a flash and a puff of smoke, he's teleported away, the faint traces of brimstone and sulfur lingering in the air afterward. ]
