I would hope that would be a sufficient deterrent.

Admittedly the counter space is a bit limited, but that island does seem to make up for it.

I could see more plants out there, definitely.

The master bedroom is plenty big, may have to do some decorating changes, I don't mind the monochrome scheme, but some color would be nice.

Technically the kitchen, dining room and living room are all one big area. Would make navigating a lot easier.

No full-length windows as I had hoped, but I think I can live with that.

Yes, I believe so. Nothing wrong with it, but it certainly can be changed around a little.

The view is nice, even without the full-length windows.

But I think I can definitely see myself here. Us sitting at the balcony. Reading in the living room. Sitting in the bathtub together. Bending you over that island while I eat you out...
