[ It does take him a little time to make sure he still has the wine he was looking for, but once it happens, there's the telltale pop and light floral scent that proceeds Jae teleporting. He was a little confused with Eun's instructions, but once he sees the outfit laid out for him on the bed, things click into place and he lights up with a soft smile before setting the wine down to change.

Once redressed, he shifts the robe a little to make sure it fits well across his shoulders and lets out a soft huff at the missing belt, shaking his head with a smile. He shouldn't be surprised.

Jae grabs the wine again, padding softly out of the bedroom. ]

What was the occasion for this? [ He says this with a slight gesture to his current outfit. ]

[Eun feels him pass through her wards when he arrives, hears him shifting in the bedroom area to change clothes. It makes her want to get up from the couch and move to the doorway to watch him...but she can be patient. She can wait.

Turning her head, she watches for him, waits for him to emerge, and her smile slips slowly onto her face as she looks him over. The garments fit him just as they ought to, pants not too long, robe hitting just where it ought to--and robe laying open the way she'd hoped. Something in her heart skips a beat seeing him, and she reaches out both arms for him from the couch.]

No occasion, just because. I saw them and thought they'd look good on you.

[They're made of a beautiful fabric, albeit an expensive one, and it had seemed worthy of her boyfriend.]

The occasion would have been a something-month anniversary, if I'd needed an excuse, but considering my mood today I thought I might as well give it to you now. Do you like them?

[ He sinks down onto the couch and moves next to her with a hum, kissing her jaw. ]

I do. They feel good. [ Jae settles against her side, letting out a soft, content sigh. It's not like they have to be around each other all the time, but sometimes there's moments when they both crave more affection and attention from each other. Like this. ]

[Eun's smile deepens as he draws near to her, as he sits on the couch and settles against her. Her arms draw around him at once, chin lifting into the kiss with a sigh.]

You feel good in them. [One of her hands draws down from his shoulder to his front, touching that bare skin between the edges of his robe. Never before had she ever thought she'd be content with something like this, having a boyfriend like Jae, the closeness and the intimacy that comes with him, but here she is. Nuzzling back against him and turning her head to press a kiss to his cheek.] Feeling very lazy this evening. I hope you don't mind.

Not at all, in fact, I honestly feel the same way right now. I'm more than content just being like this for a while.

[ Just sitting there, enjoying the moment. Jae hums as she kisses his cheek, and wraps his arms around her as well while they sit, basking in the warmth and the affection that they give each other. Little moments like this that are just as important as the passion-charged ones that they have more often than not. ]

[She feels now a little like she does after they have sex. Eun realizes this now. This sort of intimate, affectionate way they are together is happening more and more before her release. It's a lovely sort of epiphany to have, which prompts Eun to turn in toward him. To kiss his cheek. To kiss his neck.]

Do you think this is how it is with most couples?

[Has she been missing out on this with boyfriends she could have had? Or does it feel like more, like something special, because it's him?]

I think so, yes.

[ Even though he does have the edge in terms of age and experience, there had only been maybe one or two instances that were even close to being what it was like with Eun.

Jae reaches to lace his fingers with hers and leans his head against her shoulder, kissing her neck as her lips travel across his body. ]

[Her chin tilts up as he moves to her neck, sighing audibly as she feels his lips against her skin.]

I'm going to say it's better with us. I'm feeling quite competitive.

[Closing her eyes, she draws a leg up over his knees, smiling at the feel of the silk under her skin. Her hand wanders down the front of his robe to his waist, and up the center of his body where it's not covered. Fingers trace familiar scar tissue as she nuzzles into him.]

Oh?

[ Not that he sees bothered by that at all, further tangling their limbs together. Jae lets his fangs graze her neck briefly as he shivers. His chest has been a bit of a sensitive spot both physically and mentally, though the latter has been less of a problem now that it's been some time since the incident that gave him that particular scar. ]

And what do you think we should do about that, love?

[Eun is careful to lay still at the feel of Jae's fangs at her neck, enough to prevent any accidental biting he didn't intend, but perhaps not enough to hold back the shiver she feels as well. Her fingertips curl against his chest with their short, blunt fingernails, and Eun nuzzles in closer to him with a soft groan of contentedness. What a way to unwind.

And hearing him call her love--well, she definitely hasn't gotten tired of that. Not even a little.]

Keep being excellent together, definitely. [She turns her head to steal a kiss, all easy humor and confidence.] Maybe we figure out how to lean into everything more and make each other delirious.

[ What a way to unwind indeed. Jae licks against Eun's lips when she leans in for another kiss, his fingers tracing along the side of her face. It's easy, it's satisfying, and he can't help but let out a fond sigh. ]

You say that as if we don't drive each other crazy with want enough as it is. Not that I'd mind doing it more often.

[She grins against his mouth, mimicking his lick with one of her own.]

I say that like someone who for once wasn't talking about sex, though I wouldn't say no to doing it more often either.

[Her forehead presses to his as she lets her fingertips draw away from his scar and instead along the natural lines of his body.]

But I was just thinking, I ought to see how to make you deliriously happy. Somehow.

Well, we do have plenty of time to explore those options.

[ Jae shuts his eyes as they rest foreheads against each other, his hand dropping to rest against Eun's shoulder, while the other slides down to her hip. ]

[Eun gently brushes the edge of his robe back to expose his side, and gently trails her fingertips up and down the length of that bared skin. She traces idle symbols and nonsense letters over him, savoring the peacefulness of this moment.]

I was considering taking a trip, come to think of it. I haven't gone on a real vacation in years, probably. Would you like to go away with me for a week or two, Jae?

I would love to. Do you have any ideas on where you want to go?

[ Not that he couldn't suggest some places, but he'd prefer to hear what Eun has to say first and then perhaps fine-tune a suggestion from there. IF the places she asks about are ones he's been to, of course. Worldwide travel, admittedly, was at least relatively new to him due to his previous experiences as a vampire forcing him to stay relatively landlocked. ]

[Her fingertips travel higher as she contemplates his question, not hurrying to answer. She's thought about the Where of course, but her list of options is still quite long.]

Paris. Italy. Morocco, perhaps. There are parts of China I'd like to visit, but I should go with my parents to visit family if I do. Maybe Hawaii? Or somewhere with a private beach.

[She grins then, pressing another kiss to his mouth.]

I wouldn't say no to Greece either, for that matter. But I don't have my heart set on one place yet. What do you think?
