Can you blame me for questioning it? From what I've been told, most angels would be more interested in trying to stab me than sleeping with me.
They do tend to give the rest of the species a bad name. It's why the councils and groups were put into practice in the first place.
It's a bit more of a complicated issue that I'm probably making it out to be. Groups deciding to go feral and let their baser instincts rule their lives, and others who like being a bit more cruel to their underlings, even moreso than some humans.
